Refund policy

Digital books (ebooks)

Ebooks purchased on our site are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, in accordance with the rules governing the sale of digital content. Please check the product before purchase.

Physical products

The customer must check the contents of the order as soon as it is received, and compare it with the invoice and the order sent.

Returns and cancellations are possible in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations 2010 and the Consumer Protection Act 1981:

• The customer may cancel the order within 14 working days of receipt, provided that the products are unopened, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
• Invoice or other proof of purchase is required.
• A product purchased in a pack can only be returned as a complete pack.
• If the cancellation is not due to a defect or error, a return charge of 5% or 100 ₪ (whichever is lower) may be deducted.
• Order changes must be approved by our customer service department no later than 2 working days before shipment.

Refunds will be made within 14 working days of receipt of the returned products or the cancellation request, depending on the conditions of the original means of payment (credit card, gift card, payment in instalments, etc.).

Cancellation by the company

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time, without obligation of justification, even after confirmation. In the event of cancellation, the customer will receive a full refund. No compensation will be due.

Force majeure

In the event of force majeure (strike, war, logistical problems, natural disasters, etc.), we may cancel or delay an order without giving rise to compensation.
