Grifola frondosa
(Also known as Hui Shu Hua or "dancing mushroom")

Native to Japan, Maitake has been used for centuries for its culinary and medicinal virtues.
Its nickname of "dancing mushroom" comes from a legend: those who found it would dance for joy, so rare and precious was it - it was literally worth its weight in silver.

Today, Maitake is recognized for its powerful effectsonmetabolism,immunityand hormonal balance. It is particularly prized for its role in regulating glycemia and weight, and in accompanying oncological treatments.

According to traditional medicine, Maitake may contribute to à :
