תנאים כלליים למכירה (CGV)

1. תחולת התנאים

תנאים אלו חלים על כל המכירות באתר SHALEM ללקוחות פרטיים או עסקיים.

2. מוצרים

המוצרים מוצגים ומתוארים באתר בצורה המדויקת ביותר, אך ייתכנו טעויות או אי דיוקים. התמונות להמחשה בלבד.

3. מחירים

המחירים כוללים מע "מ ואינם כוללים משלוח. החברה שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לשנות מחירים בכל עת, אך המחיר בעת ההזמנה הוא המחיר שיחויב בפועל.

4. הזמנה

• הלקוח בוחר מוצרים ומוסיף לסל.
• עם סיום ההזמנה, תישלח הודעת אישור בדוא "ל.
• החברה רשאית לבטל הזמנה במקרה של סכסוך קודם או בעיית תשלום.

5. תשלום

התשלום מתבצע במעמד ההזמנה באמצעות כרטיס אשראי, פייפאל או אמצעי אחר מאובטח שמוצג באתר.

6. משלוח

המשלוח יתבצע לכתובת שנמסרה בעת ההזמנה. זמן האספקה תלוי בשיטת השילוח. החברה אינה אחראית לעיכובים מצד חברת השליחויות או גורם עליון.

7. זכות ביטול

ללקוח יש זכות לבטל את ההזמנה תוך 14 ימים ממועד הקבלה, למעט מוצרים:

• מותאמים אישית או בהזמנה מיוחדת
• תוכן דיגיטלי שכבר הורד או נצפה
• מוצרים מתכלים או מוצרים היגייניים שלא ארוזים

עלות ההחזרה תחול על הלקוח. הזיכוי יתבצע תוך 14 ימים מרגע קבלת המוצר חזרה.

8. אחריות

המוצרים נהנים מהאחריות החוקית לפי החוק הצרפתי: התאמה (L217) ופגמים נסתרים (1641).

9. אחריות מוגבלת

החברה אינה אחראית במקרה של כוח עליון או שביתות, בעיות תעבורה או תקשורת.

10. פרטיות

הנתונים שלכם נשמרים בהתאםלמדיניות הפרטיות. ניתן לבקש גישה, תיקון או מחיקה של המידע האישי שלכם.

11. זכויות יוצרים

כל התכנים באתר שייכים ל-[שם העסק]. אין להעתיק או להשתמש ללא אישור.

12. חוק וסמכות

התנאים כפופים לחוק הצרפתי. במקרה של סכסוך, ייעשה ניסיון להסדר ידידותי. במידה ולא, הסמכות תהיה לבית המשפט שבו נמצא מושב העסק.

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of application

The present conditions apply to all sales made on the SHALEM website to private or professional customers.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, errors or omissions may occur. Photos are not contractual.

3. Awards

Prices shown are in euros, inclusive of all taxes, and exclude delivery charges. The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the order.

4. Control

• The customer selects the products to be added to the basket.
• Once the order has been validated, a confirmation e-mail is sent.
• The seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute or payment problem.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payment is made by credit card, PayPal or any other method offered on the site, via a secure platform.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated on the order. Delivery times vary according to the shipping method chosen. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal, except for :

• Customized or made-to-measure
• Digital files already downloaded or viewed
• Unsealed perishables or hygiene products

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned products.

8. Warranty

All products are covered by legal warranties: conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

9. Liability

The seller cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike of postal, transport or communication services.

10. Personal data

Your data is collected in compliance with our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, rectify, oppose and delete your data.

11. Intellectual property

All elements of the site (text, images, logos, design, etc.) are the exclusive property of [Company name]. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the company's head office.
